These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Liminal websites, applications, AI tools, widgets, APIs, workspaces, events, communications, and related services. By using Liminal, you agree to these terms.

If you use Liminal for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and references to "you" include that organization.

Service changes

Liminal may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any service, feature, model, integration, API, workspace, plan, or availability at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version.

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

  • Do not use Liminal for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or high-risk activity.
  • Do not upload or request content you do not have the right to use.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights you grant us to operate, secure, provide, improve, and support the services. You represent that you have all rights needed to submit content and authorize its processing.

You are responsible for backups and for ensuring that your content does not violate law, third-party rights, or these terms.

Liminal rights

Liminal and its licensors retain all rights in our software, models, systems, designs, trademarks, documentation, workflows, templates, prompts, interfaces, and service materials. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these terms.

Feedback, suggestions, and ideas you provide may be used by Liminal without restriction or compensation.

Third-party services

Liminal may integrate with or link to third-party services, APIs, models, hosting providers, payment processors, communication platforms, and customer tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or decisions.

Fees and plans

Paid services, subscriptions, trials, usage credits, and API usage may be subject to additional terms, limits, and fees. Unless required by law or stated in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable.

We may suspend or limit access for nonpayment, abuse, excessive usage, security risk, or violation of these terms.

Beta and experimental features

Some features may be beta, preview, experimental, or provided for evaluation. They may change, break, produce unexpected results, or be withdrawn at any time.

Beta features are provided as-is and should not be used for critical operations without your own review and safeguards.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe there is a violation, security risk, legal risk, nonpayment, misuse, or harm to Liminal, users, third parties, or systems. You may stop using the services at any time.
